Clear terms for website projects.
These terms govern use of Tamaimo Digital’s website and initial enquiries. A signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement controls the details of a paid project.
Proposals and project scope
Website descriptions, timelines, and example pricing are informational until confirmed in writing. The accepted proposal will define deliverables, exclusions, revision rounds, dependencies, milestones, fees, and acceptance criteria.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate requirements, timely feedback, approved content, brand assets, lawful access credentials, and confirmation that they have rights to all supplied text, images, trademarks, data, and software. Delays in these dependencies may change the delivery date and cost.
Fees, changes, and cancellation
Deposits, milestone payments, taxes, late-payment consequences, cancellation, and refunds are specified in the accepted proposal. Work outside the agreed scope requires a written change approval and may affect price and schedule. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
Each party retains its pre-existing materials, tools, templates, and know-how. Ownership or license rights in custom deliverables transfer only as stated in the project agreement and normally after full payment. Third-party fonts, themes, libraries, media, domains, and platforms remain subject to their own licenses.
Hosting, domains, and third parties
Hosting, domain registration, analytics, email, payment, and other platforms may be supplied by third parties. Their availability, renewal fees, data practices, and terms are outside Tamaimo Digital’s direct control unless a managed-service commitment expressly says otherwise.
Security and credentials
Clients should use secure credential-sharing channels, multi-factor authentication where available, and avoid sending passwords by ordinary email. Each party must promptly report suspected compromise affecting the project.
Warranties and liability
Tamaimo Digital will perform agreed services with reasonable skill and care. Search ranking, traffic, sales, platform uptime, and third-party approval are not guaranteed. Liability limits, warranty periods, and remedies for a paid project are defined in its agreement; rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
